Autel MaxiIM IM608 can’t connect to Autel update server, Show error Network busy (#1).Please try again later.
The reason why that happens is the customer work environment can’t access Autel server, the DNS domain IP address is not allowing it to access autel server.
How to solve this connection problem. Here is the steps:
Step 1: Go to Autel Maxiim IM608 system settings:
Step 2: Long press the connected network and Click “Modify networe”
Step 3: Check the the advanced option,select “Static”
Step 4: Change DNS 1 IP address to 8:8:8:8 which is google server by default
Step 5: Click “Save” to save the setting
After that, The connection failed will be solved, Autel MaxiIM IM608 will connect to the Autel update server normally.
If your Autel MaxiIM IM608 still can’t connect the Autel Update Service after trying the solution or other failed work. Please send the datalog to Autel to get tech support.
