If Your Autel MaxiIM IM608 work failed, and you have no idea to solve the problem. You can send the datalog to Autel to get tech support.
How to send Autel IM608 datalog ? Here is the two methods.
Step 1: Click Autel MaxiIM IM608 Tablet “Data Manager”
Step 2: Click “Data Logging”
Step 3-4-5: Click “History” then click “right arrow” to the corresponding function page to send the log.
Step 6-7: Describe what’s the failure, and send the log
Step 1: After the IM608 function failure, go to main interface
Step 2: Open Maxitool APK to catch the system log and upload
Step 3: Under IM608 log menu, click start to catch the log of the failure function
Collecting the log in process:
Step 4: Log collection is done, then click upload to upload the datalog to Autel server so engineer can check it.
Then you have sent the system log, you can provide the IM608 device series number so tech support can search it for you.
If you can’t upload the datalog ,but needs datalog to analysize.
You can get the datalog from the PC.
The way to do that is as follows:
Please connect Autel IM608 tablet to the PC, then manually get the datalog from your device and send it here.The datalog direcotory is as follows:
“PC\MaxiIM IM608\Internal storage\Scan\datalogging”
