Problem: My Autel Maxisys Elite II was failed to diagnose all 2020-2021 Fiat vehicles. It keeps giving the message: “The network is error, please check the network is fine, error code: [11003], are you sure to retry?”
What’s the problem? Please advise.
Solution
11003 error code means: your Autel Total Care Program (TCP) Subscription on the device has been out of date. Only functions involving online programming will be invalid. Other functions are not affected.
Users can decide whether or not to continue subscription based on needs. The rule applies to most Autel diagnostic tablets like MK908 Pro II, Ultra Lite, etc.
