If your Autel MaxiIM IM608 subscription is up, can you make a Mercedes key in AKL situation?
Autel IM608 users’ experience:
- I believe it’s anything that requires online calculation so I’d imagine not.
- I want to say any situation because needs to hit the server for passwordor any other secret sauce Autel uses for that particular car etc.
- You can use all functions – EXCEPT that ,what needs online
calculation..( Renaukt , BMW , Opel.. )

If Autel IM608 subscription expires, you cannot still perform password calculation. Because password calculations needs to be connected to Autel server.

Autel IM608 also depends on the competency of the user, all the machine can do is do what your guiding it to do. I’ve done a couple thousand vehicles with IM608 already and have yet to come across any failures. I’m sure there will be one, but I also can guarantee if the machine can’t do it wasn’t designed to do it.
