How to Clone a Mazda 3 93C66 Key with Autel IM608 II & AT100?

This guide explains how to clone a Mazda 3 93C66 key using the Autel MaxiIM IM608 II and AT100 Super Transponder. The process uses the vehicle’s immobilizer data and does not require rewriting the BIN file after key generation.

Required Tools

Autel IM608 II
One supported programmer: XP400, XP401, XP400 Pro, or XP401 Pro
Autel AT100 Super Chip
Mazda 3 immobilizer data read from the vehicle

1. Load the Immobilizer Data

Enter Write Key via Dump on the IM608 II and connect the programmer.
Follow the menu path: Asia >> Mazda >> 3 >> 93C66 >> Load Data
Load the immobilizer data read from the vehicle’s immobilizer data storage module.

2. Generate the Key

Once the data is loaded, select the key position to work with and press Generate Key. In this example, select Key2 to clone.

3. Write the Key to AT100

Select Make Key >> AT100 Transponder, then choose an existing key position. Insert the AT100 Transponder into the XP400 Pro programmer and press OK.
Wait for the writing process to reach 100% and display Function completed. There is no need to rewrite the BIN file after generation.
