Autel MaxiIM IM608 supports advanced diagnose + IMMO + key programming functions. It covers all features of Auro IM600 and becomes a better all-in-one key programmer. This post comes with the guide to read chip data and retrieve password for Mercedes-Benz Motorola HC05E6-REMOTE (0F82B) with IM608.
All devices need:
Autel MaxiIM IM608 auto key programmer
XP400 programmer
Motorola Processor Key
The key chip is HC05E6-REMOTE (0F82B)
Note: the device in this post is Auro IM600, it has been stopped production. The tutorial also applies to Autel IM608 key programmer.
Main operation guide:
Make sure the connection among Autel IM608, XP400 and Motorola processor key is correct
Turn on IM608 tablet
Enter “Programmer”-> accept the disclaimer about the use of product and software
Select “Chip (EEPROM, MCU, ECU)”-> “Chip read & write”-> “IMMO”-> “BENZ”-> “HC05E6-REMOTE (0F82B)”
Start to read and save data
Select “EEPROM”-> “Schematic Diagram” to check the specific diagram
Then tap “Read” to read chip
Note: Don’t unplug the USB cable during the operation!
Read out the original chip data and save the file
Exit Autel IM608 main menu-> tap “Home” icon-> select “EditHex”-> click “Open file”-> find the HC05E6_REMOTE (0F82B)_EEPROMtest file and open
The security password of the remote key should be: 7c cf 6a ce 9a ab d9 82
