This is a guide to program Ford Fusion all keys lost with Autel MaxiIM IM608 PRO Key Programming Tool. You’ll need at least 2 paired keys at the end of this process. Make sure your have 2 blank keys to start.

Procedure
Plug the VCI into OBDII port, generally located underneath the steering column.
Connect J2534 & Autel IM608, pair them in VCI manager.

Notice:
- This function requires network connected, please make sure the device has connected WiFi successfully.
- It is normally that the instrument panel turns black when performing this function.
This function will delete all learned smart keys.
Press “OK” to continue.
Is the alarm active? No
Configuring the system, please wait about 10 minutes…
Select yes if you want to clear all keys, select no if you want to add keys without clearing. If you select yes, you have to program 2 keys to start the car.
Press “Yes”.

Current number of keys is: 0
Erasing successful.
Place the smart key to be learned into the slot, which is usually:
- In the armrest box;
- In the cup holder;
- In the glove box.
Learning key… please wait.
Current number of keys is: 1
Learning successful.
Press “Yes” to learn the next key.
Remove the smart key from the slot.
Place the second key to be learned into car slot.
Current number of keys is: 2
Learning successful.
Press “No” to complete.
Once your keys are learned, test them by walking and unlocking the doors.
