How to Program 2024 MG5 ZS All Keys Lost with Autel KM100?

This 2024 MG5/ZS all keys lost job was completed with the Autel MaxiIM KM100. Read the IMMO password first, then use the Add Keys function to learn the new smart key.

Read the IMMO Password

From the KM100 menu, go to:
IMMO → MG → Manual Selection → MG5 → 2021–2022 → Smart Key → Yes → Control Unit → Keyless System (CAN) → Password Reading

Turn on the hazard lights to wake up the vehicle.
Turn the ignition ON when prompted.
Wait for the password to be read. In this case, the password is 7449.

Program the New Smart Key

Select Add Keys.
Place the key to be programmed in the key sensing area inside the center console box. Remove any other keys from the vehicle, then switch the ignition ON.
Press Continue → Start. Wait until the Autel KM100 reports Key Programming Success.
