One customer gave a feedback that his OTOFIX EvoScan Ultra had problem with VCI connection. It prompted:
“Impossible de communiquer avec Maxi-JVCI”
(Unable to communciate with Maxi-JVCI)
Here we provide 4 tips to help troubleshooting:
- Make sure the OTOFIX Tool and VCI are updated to latest version;
- Confirm whether the Bluetooth method can be normally connected;
- Upload MaxiTools log on the OTOFIX tablet;
- Connect VCI to a PC, check if it can be normally connected on MaxiPC Suite.
The above tips also applies to other OTOFIX tablets like OTOFIX IM2, etc.
