Problem: My Autel MK808Z-BT is unable to connect VCI via Bluetooth. Even I’ve turned Bluetooth off and on for several times, it’s still not responding.
What’s the matter? Please help.
From the screenshot provided, the Autel MK808BT Pro VCI has been successfully connected via USB cable. Once the USB connection is done, MK808Z-BT will be preferentially connected through wired connection and can no longer be connected via Bluetooth.
If the customer wants to use Bluetooth, please disconnect the USB cable firstly.
