Solved: Autel KM100 “Authorization file does not exist” Issue

Problem: The Autel MaxiIM KM100 Key Programmer pops up a prompt “Authorization file does not exist.” after authorizing French. Either English or French has the prompt..

What’s the problem? Please help.

 

Solution

It’s the download problem.

  1. For single app problem: go to “Manager >> Uninstall App”, then re-download in “Update”;
  2. For all apps’ problem: go to “Factory Reset”.

Problem was solved!
