Here we provide 2 solutions to fix Autel MaxiIM IM508 installation & upgrade fault in User Center. This may happen in some register or renew cases, IM508 ran failure and turned to be a green screen with error.
Solution 1
- Long press the Hex Editor;
- Click Hex Editor, force stop, clear default, cache and data. Then perform the action again.
Solution 2
- Long press the “Hex Editor”, disable;
- Perform the function again;
- Setting >> App >> Disable Apk >> Enable the Hex Editor.
