Fixed: Autel MS906 “Unfortunately, MaxiSys has stopped” Issue

Problem: The Autel MaxiSys MS906 will sudden stop when auto scanning on a vehicle. It popped up the prompt: “Unfortunately, MaxiSys has stopped.” “Existing crash app. Try again later or reboot tool” and interrupted all tasks.

 

Nothing can do with the tablet now.

What’s the problem? Please help.

 

Solution

  1. Go back to the Home page, open ES File Explorer, select: Local—SD card—Scan—apk back—apk, long press to uninstall;
  2. Return to the Home page, open System Settings, select: Apps—Maxisys—Uninstall updates.
  3. If none of the above works, please upload system log and ask for support from Autel.
  4. If your device was used for years, maybe it’s time to replace a new one like Autel MS906S or MS906 Pro.
