You should know if you own this car, Chrysler Pacifica have the 9-speed transmission. Sometimes it give you a hard shift like maybe at low speed you feel like that’s a little bit when it’s changing to a different gear. Sometimes it depends on how your driving habit is. Sometimes it could get really worse.

The Autel MK808Z software inside the transmission program to adapt to your driving style. So if your problem is getting worse, it’s the best to reset the value to original OEM. That should temporarily fix your hardship thing problem.

Because 2018+ Chrysler has put a lock inside, in order to do the function, you have to buy the AutoAuth service of FCA to do auto function.
