This is an online coupon event, which means it is available for renewing subscription on tablet device or Autel official website (https://www.autel.com) on PC, but offline purchase (Renewing Subscription by other methods) can also enjoy a discount during the event period. - What devices are available for the promotion event?
All devices that are with renewable software subscription except IM1. Such as Autel IM608 II, IM508S, Elite II PRO, MK908 PRO II, Ultra Lite, etc.

- How to participate in the promotion event?
User can participate in the event on a tablet device or a PC according to the following instruction:
- On tablet device
- Tap Update icon on Job menu, then tap Renew button (OR tap pop-up advertisement, or banner on Update menu, or tap Member Center—Members Only Coupons, then tap Apply Now), then system will automatically apply coupon if current device is available for this promotion.
- Select Payment methods and complete the payment.
Note: If promotion can not be participated in on tablet device, please try visiting Autel official website https://www.autel.com/ on PC to check.
- On PC
- Visit Autel website (https://www.autel.com/)on PC and log in with Autel ID.
- Click My Coupons option,
- Click Apply Now on coupon page to enter My Devices interface, select the device that needs renewing subscription.
- When will the coupon be issued?
User can received coupon on 18-Nov-2024 (UTC time).
- Can one Autel ID get 2 or more coupon?
No. One Autel ID can only get one coupon, and one coupon can only be applied for 1 time.
- How many coupons can be applied in one order?
Only one coupon can be applied in a single order.
- Can users renew for more than one year?
Yes. The coupon can be applied as long as the order amount is within the available range.
Note: Only when the order amount is no less than 100 USD, can the discount be applied to the order.
- What if coupon cannot be applied normally or coupon is found already being used when user is trying to renew subscription?
Please contact Autel tech support and advise the Autel ID, device serial number and screenshots of coupon menu, then Autel tech support can manually reissue the coupons after further check.
- Can the coupon be reissued if user accidentally applies the coupon to a wrong device serial number?
In such case, please contact Autel tech support and advise correct serial number and corresponding order number that coupon was applied mistakenly, then Autel tech support can manually reissue the coupons after further check.
- Can the coupon still be used after the promotion event?
No, the coupon can only be used during this promotion event, that is from 18-Nov-2024 to 29-Nov-2024 (UTC time).
- Can the coupons be used for purchasing MOTOR TruSpeed Repair or other additional software package on device?
No, coupons are only applicable for the renewal of vehicle software updates and not for subscriptions to additional software packages.
- What if it shows error message [failed to request server. Please try again]when renewing subscription on tablet device?
Please try different network and make sure network is good then try again. If still same problem, please log in Autel official website https://www.autel.com/ on a PC to complete the payment.
- What if it shows error message [Error code: S9999]when renewing subscription on tablet device?
Please log in Autel official website https://www.autel.com/ on a PC to complete the payment to check.
- What if it shows error message [System error]when renewing subscription on PC?
Please try log out the official website then logging in again to check.
If further problem, please try different network and make sure network is good then try again.
If still same problem, please record a video to shows the operation and problem, and provide device serial number and order number for Autel tech support to check.
- What if PayPal payment keeps processing for long timewhen renewing subscription on tablet device?
